The company was formerly known as Hamad Al-Hamad and Partners for well drilling, trading and maintenance Company and changed its name to Burgan Company for Well Drilling, Trading and Maintenance K.S.C. (Public) in February 2005. The Company was incorporated in 1970 and is headquartered in Fahaheel, Kuwait.
