It also purchases, develops, manages, and sells real estate properties and land; and trades in private residential plots. In addition, the company holds, purchases, and sells shares and bonds of real estate companies; provides studies and consultations on real estate issues. Further, it prepares real estate auctions; provides buildings general contracting; holds and manages commercial and residential complexes; establishes building foundations for residential, commercial, maintenance, touristic, urban, athletic buildings, and projects; and operates beach clubs. Additionally, the company offers travel and tourism services, such as personal travel consultancy, and air chartering services, as well as provides events, meetings, corporate incentive arrangements; and offers assess to private jets, yachts, and tailor-creating travel experiences. The company was formerly known as Offset Consulting and Project Management Company – WLL – Najwa Ahmed Abdelaziz Al-Qatami and Partners and changed its name to IFA Hotels and Resorts - KPSC in May 2005. IFA Hotels and Resorts - KPSC was founded in 1995 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
